  Returns
As a small business, we truly appreciate your custom. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Please return unused, with no visible marks or damages to the journal and in its original packaging.Every  journal that has been sent out has been packed wearing gloves and undergone extensive quality control and has been sent to you in good faith that it is in good condition. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thecreativejournal.shop Please note that return address will be given to you via email once the return request has been accepted. Please put your subject as your order number with return request. Example #00001 return request 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address with the latest date it can get to us by. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been customised for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or discount codes, these are classes as final sale

Exchanges 

At this stage we do not offer exchanges.Please refer to returns policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please return unused, with no visible marks or damages to the journal and in its original packaging.Every  journal that has been sent out has undergone extensive quality control and has been sent to you in good faith that it is in good condition. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
